- We ship to most countries.
- Domestic orders: sales tax will be added to orders in accordance with applicable laws in each state. Any taxes will be indicated at checkout.
- International orders: are subject to the country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If you order multiple items, they may be packed and shipped separately to ensure that they arrive safely.
- All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery at customercare@ditchplainspress.com. Please note we will require photo proof of any damage so we can submit a claim with the shipping provider.
