Shipping

For orders in the continental United States of America:

We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States of America for orders over USD 100 (5-7 business days). For orders in the continental United States of America less than USD 100 a shipping fee of USD 10 will be charged. Any exceptions are labeled accordingly. All list prices are exclusive of sales tax.

Expedited shipping and shipping to other territories is available at an additional cost that is highlighted during the check out process. 

Available items will be charged and shipped within 3-5 business days. The time of delivery is up to 6 working days. Backorders will be charged and dispatched as soon as they are available. Please note that we cannot deliver to US Post Office boxes or US Military addresses such as APO/FPO.

For all international orders: 

• Customers will receive their purchases in 6 - 8 business days after their order has been accepted. (unless otherwise stated)
• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. 

In case of international orders, all customs charges incurred during the fulfillment process are the responsibility of the customer. 

Return policy 

We really hope that you enjoy your purchased product as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange due to the content of your order being incorrect, or if it arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Please follow the following steps so that we can process your request efficiently. 

• The return must be requested within 10 days of having received the item. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• To initiate your return, please email customercare@ditchplainspress.com with "Return Request in the subject line. Please also mention the reason for return/exchange in the body of the email. Wait for our reply before returning the item. 
• Please note that all shipping charges for return orders are non-refundable. 
• Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
